Should a customer receive a product which does not work, then the customer must notify EGAR Australia by phone or email within 7 (seven) days of goods being received. This policy is conditional subject to an inspection of the product to ensure that the item has not been used contravening the manual, or damaged accidentally or otherwise.
EGAR Australia usually won't be able to approve a refund, only exchange in the unlikely event of a faulty product. No exchange will be approved if:
1. The customer has just changed their mind or found a better price elsewhere.
2. The purchase is older than 14 days from the date of the invoice.
3. The goods have signs of wear & tear. (These are generally considered to have had reasonable use and can only be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty.)
4. The customer lacks the technical ability necessary to use the purchased equipment.
This policy does not cover any consumables.
